The Temporary Enablement Operations Support Manageris responsibleforsupporting the Enablement Operations Team. This includes assisting with refining processes, sampling and collateral projects, supporting a field QA system to respond to incoming inquiries from field teams to ensure they have the correct content and knowledge to have effective conversations with their customers and deliver revenue growth.
The impact you'll have:
- Support Enablement Operations annual goals as designated by the Director
- Serve as a regular member of the IST QA Triage team, to help respond to incoming questions from the field teams.
- Assist with implementing large-scale projects and application support.
- Coordinate meetings with other departments to share reports on IST QA Queries as needed
- Support product collateral/inventory requests as needed
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to other departments as needed
- Collaborate on field team communications as needed
- Track project status and progress as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations, product marketing, productmanagement, or process management
- Experience working in, or leading, complex projects or teams
- Experience in K8/K12 classroom or education environment is preferred
- Experience working with EdTech software, content, and servicesis preferred
Travel: <5%, Less than twice a month for trainings and team meetings.
Working Environment: Typical office environment.
Compensation: This role wage is $28 per hour. The wage for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits:Temporary and per-diem employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week within the Company’s look-back period are eligible to enroll in medical coverage after 90 days of employment. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time
