Summary

Serve as a personal chef and Food & Beverage Manager to C-Suite leaders while overseeing meal planning and kitchen operations for company meetings and events. Plan and prepare high-quality meals for small groups (3+ days/week) and larger gatherings (up to 40 people) while managing budgets and food safety.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and serve meals within budget; manage kitchen operations and food/supply inventory; develop nutritionally balanced menus; maintain food safety and sanitation standards; shop for groceries and supplies; coordinate with vendors; track spending and report expenditures; support company events and occasional travel.
Skills & Tools: Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations; strong organizational and time management abilities; budget and inventory management; attention to detail and multitasking capability; food safety certification preferred.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to serve as personal chef to C-Suite leadership and to prepare lunches and meals for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to work independently.

Hours vary upon company meeting schedule. Some travel may be required from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals for select staff and guests 3+ days per week within budget.
  • Manage the food and kitchen supply budget responsibly.
  • Develop menus that balance nutrition, dietary needs, and employee preferences.
  • Ensure all food is fresh, high‑quality, and presented professionally.
  • Maintain safe food handling and sanitation practices at all times.
  • Manage all kitchen operations, including organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
  • Prepare and serve meals for larger groups up to 40 people during single or multi-day key company meetings.
  • Monitor stock levels, track consumption patterns, and anticipate supply needs.
  • Shop for groceries, snacks, beverages, and kitchen/cafe supplies weekly or as needed.
  • Build relationships with preferred vendors and evaluate cost‑effective purchasing options.
  • Maintain an organized pantry and ensure all items are clearly labeled, accessible, and fresh.
  • Coordinate with facilities/operations regarding equipment upgrades or repairs.
  • Track spending, provide receipts, and report expenditures to office management.
  • Seek cost‑efficient solutions without compromising quality.
  • Support company events, celebrations, lunches, and meetings requiring catering or food setup.
  • Travel on occasion for events and other special needs.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
