Instructional Assistant supporting IT training at Per Scholas for a 3-6 month contract role. The position helps students prepare for entry and mid-level technical positions through classroom facilitation and student performance management.
Skills & Tools: CompTIA A+ Certification required with ability to teach interactively in a hands-on style. Strong communication skills, team-oriented approach, flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, and passion for education are essential.
Qualifications: Teaching experience is preferred with a demonstrated passion for education and commitment to student success. Understanding of IT technical competencies including hardware, software, networking, security, and cybersecurity is necessary.
Location: Remote position based in the United States
Compensation: $35,000 – $37,440 / annually
