Summary

Lead strategic growth initiatives for Handshake's AI-driven products that serve millions of students and employers. Drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Own growth initiatives from strategy through execution, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams. Optimize the entire growth funnel, design scalable growth systems, and synthesize insights to drive prioritization and accountability.
Skills & Tools: Strong data analysis capabilities using SQL or Python, proficiency with BI tools and methodologies (dashboards, KPI tracking, data visualization), and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach. Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast execution.
Qualifications: 3-4+ years of experience in growth, product, or operations roles, with at least 1+ year of team leadership experience. Background in strategy- and operations-heavy environments such as marketplaces, logistics, or on-demand services, preferably at tech companies.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States (fully remote option available)
Compensation: $145,000 – $160,000/year
