Summary

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale multimedia learning solutions at Infopro Learning, driving scalability and innovation through automation and AI. Own end-to-end program delivery while mentoring teams and establishing quality standards across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead client discovery and end-to-end multimedia learning delivery across multiple programs, partner on solution design and proposal development. Drive efficiency through automation and AI workflows, establish standards for video, LMS integration, content and QA, and mentor teams on emerging practices.

Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of multimedia learning design, LMS integration, video production standards, and QA processes. Strong leadership, client partnership, and ability to balance quality with speed and cost; proficiency with automation and AI-assisted workflows preferred.

Qualifications: 7-10+ years in learning technology, instructional design, or multimedia content delivery with demonstrated leadership experience. Proven track record in scaling learning solutions, solution architecture, and managing complex client engagements.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

At Infopro Learning, we are looking for a Multimedia Learning Architect who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and wants to take ownership of how large-scale learning solutions are designed and delivered.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work across client discovery, solution design, and delivery execution while driving smarter, more scalable approaches through automation and AI.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end multimedia learning delivery across multiple programs
Partner with clients to understand needs and shape scalable, practical solutions
Contribute to solution design, estimation, and proposal development
Drive efficiency through automation and AI-assisted workflows
Establish and enforce standards across video, LMS integration, content, and QA
Anticipate risks and make decisions that balance quality, speed, and cost
Mentor teams and build capability across tools, processes, and emerging practices
