Summary
MagicSchool AI seeks a Contract GTM Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent to scale their revenue organization. This 3-month contract role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market positions in a fast-growing AI edtech startup.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including sourcing, screening, and offer management while building and maintaining pipelines of high-caliber passive candidates. Manage candidate activity, ensure process efficiency, provide strategic insights to hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experience with timely feedback.
Skills & Tools: Advanced full-cycle recruiting expertise, strong relationship-building abilities, data-driven decision making, and proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques across multiple channels. Deep understanding of GTM roles, SaaS compensation structures, and industry trends with familiarity in ATS tools like Ashby and Juicebox.
Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with heavy focus on GTM/Revenue positions in SaaS and Tech environments. Proven track record of successfully filling complex roles in high-growth settings with demonstrated ability to source, screen, and assess candidates with advanced compensation structures.
