Summary
The Director of Career Strategy & Engagement for the Northeast Region leads strategic partnerships and career-connected initiatives at The College Board to enhance student pathways to high-quality opportunities. This role bridges workforce development, education, and industry to position College Board as a state talent development advisor.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strategic relationships across CTE, government, and industry sectors; lead the design and execution of high-profile career-connected events; and develop playbooks and resources to empower internal teams to scale initiatives across multiple states.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and collaboration abilities with experience in CTE programs and relationship-building; proficiency in project management tools (Asana) and CRM platforms (Salesforce); ability to navigate complexity and align stakeholders across sectors.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education partnerships or workforce development, preferably in the Northeast region, with demonstrated commitment to educational equity. Bachelor's degree strongly implied; advanced degree preferred.
Location: Remote, must reside in Northeast Region, United States
Compensation: $80,000 – $135,000/year
