Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to fuel the next phase of growth for Paper’s GROW high-impact tutoring and AI solutions. You’ll own product messaging, shape our brand voice, and turn student outcomes into compelling campaigns that drive action. From customer stories to lifecycle emails and sales tools, you’ll create content that shows district leaders exactly how Paper delivers results. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller who thrives on building fast from the ground up (think Series A startup) and loves partnering cross-functionally to bring impact to life. 

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and can be located in any geography in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own GROW and AI solution messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation 
  • Develop compelling content that showcases customer success: case studies, blog posts, social content, videos, and press announcements 
  • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, proof points, and deliver enablement trainings 
  • Build and manage evergreen email campaigns to support lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and renewal 
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on product launches and customer communications for new features, program enhancements, and product updates

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3 years in B2B EdTech marketing and/or B2B product marketing 
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and district decision-making process
  • Exceptional writer with love for developing clear, compelling messaging
  • Proven experience creating sales content, customer stories, and lifecycle campaigns 
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments and comfort with ambiguity
  • Able to collaborate and influence Product, Sales, Customer Success, etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $160,000 USD or $124,000 - $147,000 CAD, plus equity. Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above​.
