SUMMARY:
The Sales Leader exists to execute the market sales strategy. The Sales Leader plays a vital role in both generating opportunities and closing opportunities. They will work closely with the General Manager in accomplishing market sales goals. They must have a strong desire to see Booster’s impact grow through the accomplishment of a successful sales strategy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting
- Set the strategy of outbound prospecting in concert with the GeneralManager
- Leadership of prospecting for sales specialist, and ensure the resultsfor great prospecting, in order to help execute effective sales emails,phone calls, drops ins, events, etc.
Deliver Sales Presentations
- Execute discover calls, sales meetings, and allweb lead follow up.
Sales Pipeline Owner
- Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring ahigh close rate.
- Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners atevery stage of the sales funnel.
- Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
- Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and optimize thesales process.
Market Knowledge
- Collaborate with the General Manager to stay informed about in-market competition, industry trends and product differentials.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and marketlandscape.
- Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster’s products/services.
Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies
- Work with the General Manager to produce short-term and longterm growth strategies.
