Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $28,000 – $34,000/year based on entry-level warehouse associate position in central Ohio with guaranteed 40 hours/week plus overtime opportunities.

Job Description

Immediate Openings! GUARANTEED 40 hours a week -Additional overtime pay during peak times.

We currently have multiple openings for Warehouse Associate positions with our Fulfillment Team located in Groveport, Ohio.

Position Purpose:

A Warehouse Associate with BEC is responsible for daily operations in our fulfillment center by helping maintain the warehouse and assist with receiving, picking, assembly, driving and shipping.

We cross train our associates to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our daily work.

Responsibilities include:

CROSS TRAINING – Employee will learn how to multi-task in all areas of our fulfillment area:

Assist with receiving all products and see that the products are properly unloaded, received, stored and that all necessary documents are completed.
Assist in picking, replenishing, restocking inventory and transferring appropriate inventory to the assembly area.
Assist in the assembly, packing and transferring of orders to the shipping area.
Assist in the shipping of orders, complete proper shipping documents and ensure product is packed appropriately for shipping.
Some heavy lifting of 35-40 pound boxes, etc. required
Will train employee on driving Forklifts, Order-Pickers and Reach Trucks. All training includes a training certificate*
