Role Snapshot
College Coach at Beyond 12 supports under-resourced college students through virtual 1:1 coaching, helping them navigate their college experience and achieve their educational goals. Coaches work with up to 325 students using phone, text, email, and social media to guide goal-setting, planning, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized coaching to college students, collect and analyze student data on progress, participate in weekly virtual team meetings, and guide students to campus resources. Coaches work a 5-day workweek with one Saturday per month (8-hour shift) and rotating days off.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite and technology platforms, data management and interpretation experience, and a passion for education technology. Leadership experience and familiarity with Atlanta Public School system are preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum 2.5 GPA required; recent college graduates are preferred. Leadership experience is required; familiarity with Atlanta Public School system is a plus.
