As a Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping these experiences while working alongside a team dedicated to innovation, partnership, and student success.

What You’ll Do

Design Innovative Global Programs

Create customized faculty-led programs that align with university goals and academic objectives. You’ll build comprehensive program itineraries that combine academic content, cultural immersion, housing, and experiential learning opportunities.

Partner with Colleges and Universities

Serve as a trusted partner to institutional stakeholders, helping them develop program solutions that support their strategic priorities and student outcomes.

Manage Programs from Concept to Completion

Guide programs through the full lifecycle—from early planning and proposal development to implementation—ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality experience for clients and participants.

Use Technology to Build and Present Solutions

Leverage API’s proprietary technology platforms and APIConnect resources to develop program itineraries, demonstrate capabilities to partners, and streamline program planning.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with colleagues across client relations, product development, and operations to coordinate program logistics and deliver exceptional customized programs.

Solve Problems and Drive Innovation

Navigate complex program needs, identify creative solutions, and continuously look for ways to improve how customized programs are designed and delivered.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in international education, Higher Education Administration, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience using digital tools or platforms to manage projects or programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international education, study abroad, or higher education partnerships
  • Experience presenting proposals or solutions in a consultative environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, program management platforms, or similar technology
  • Cross-cultural experience, international travel, or global programming exposure
  • Experience contributing to program proposals, budgets, or partnership development
  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, International Education, Business Administration, or a related field
