Summary

Marketing Program Manager supporting a multi-state network of early childhood education centers. Responsible for campaign management, new center acquisitions, enrollment center deployment, and training field teams to drive awareness, inquiry conversion, and parent retention.

Key Responsibilities: Execute integrated annual marketing campaigns across multiple channels, lead marketing efforts for new center acquisitions, develop scalable enrollment center support models, and provide training and coaching to Regional Managers and Center Directors on lead generation and conversion strategies.
Skills & Tools: Project management, multi-channel marketing campaign execution, CRM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, WordPress, Canva, Sprout Social), customer experience optimization, vendor management, and strong verbal and written communication.
Qualifications: 4+ years in a Marketing Manager, Customer Success, or similar role with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field. Prior experience in early childhood education marketing is preferred, with ability to travel for center visits.
Location: Multi-state: WA, CO, MI, NJ, PA, OH, NC, FL, VA (travel required; headquarters location not specified)
Compensation: Estimated: $65,000 – $85,000/year based on mid-level program management role in early childhood education with 4+ years experience and multi-state operational scope

Job Description

Early Learning Academies is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to support our amazing network of early childhood education centers! The Marketing Program Manager will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer, Shared Services, Central, Regional, and Center Operations to help generate awareness, inquiry, conversion, and parent retention at our fast-growing network of childcare centers in WA, CO, MI, NJ, PA, OH, NC, FL, and VA.

The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for the project management and implementation of the following:

Annual Marketing Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with the CMO, Marketing Manager, and the shared service team to plan, execute and optimize integrated, multi-channel annual marketing campaigns, including local advertising, community outreach, email, organic and paid social, web and landing pages, and blogs.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance by utilizing quantitative and qualitative feedback from the field.

New Center Acquisitions:

  • Lead the marketing efforts for new acquisitions, including; website development, logo and style guide creation, and new Center Director onboarding.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to create collateral and develop the social media strategy for new centers.

Enrollment Center Deployment and Support:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, IT, and the Enrollment Center teams to develop scalable support models that increase tours and lead conversation.
  • Support centers use of a CRM to enhance enrollment conversion.
  • Lead bi-weekly Marketing, Operations, and Enrollment Center call.

Training and Support:

  • Execute robust training programs that enable Regional Managers and Center Directors to meet their enrollment targets through lead generation, conversion, and retention campaigns.
  • Support Center Directors with their monthly local marketing plans, including bi-weekly planning sessions with priority centers.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Insights, and online reviews to help centers better understand their local markets.
  • Monitor online reviews and partner with the Field Operations Teams to craft timely, relevant responses to increase brand reputation.
  • Inform areas of opportunity by utilizing mystery shops (internal and external) and annual parent survey data.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • previous experience working in a marketing role in the early childhood education field
  • a strong understanding of customer experience and lead lifecycles
  • experience launching enrollment/call center models, including developing workflows and KPIs
  • working knowledge of Adobe, WordPress, Canva, and Sprout Social
  • experience working with external vendors
  • a passion for early childhood education
  • strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • a can-do attitude and willingness pivot quickly if priorities change

Requirements:

  • 4+ years previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Customer Success, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a similar field.
  • Ability to travel and conduct center visits throughout the year.
