Summary

Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for owning inbound SaaS sales opportunities and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle for Absorb LMS. This role directly impacts revenue growth and customer success within the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities: Contact and manage prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to drive sales closures; demonstrate LMS functionality, provide pricing, and present quotes. Collaborate with support and technology teams, maintain customer relationships, update CRM systems, and monitor competitive market activity.
Skills & Tools: 3-5 years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota over-achievement and strong phone presence; excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Proficiency with Salesforce, corporate productivity tools, web presentation platforms, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of B2B SaaS/Software sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Psychology is preferred but not required. HR tech or Salesforce experience is an asset.

Compensation: €45K–€65K/yr (estimated)

Are you a proven SaaS sales professional who knows how to guide prospects from first conversation to close? Known as a client’s go-to advisor, you build trust fast, care deeply about customer success, and thrive on helping clients cross the finish line.

As an Account Executive at Absorb, you’ll own inbound mid-market opportunities and lead prospects through the full sales cycle. You’ll take that impeccable aptitude for creating and maintaining relationships, your attention to detail and extraordinary communication skills in representing Absorb throughout negotiations and pushing to close contracts.

Lastly, you are not someone who will shy away from a challenge! In this fast-paced, team-oriented role You’ll have a keen aspiration to work with the entire sales operations team to ensure success and drive a greater and stronger business for Absorb and its partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Contact prospects via phone, email, face-to-face in order to complete sales.

  • Work collaboratively with the support and technology teams to become an expert in Absorb LMS and the overall learning management landscape.

  • Demonstrate Absorb LMS functionality and provide pricing options to prospects.

  • Present Absorb LMS quotes with approval and forwards order forms internally for approval.

  • Assist Accounts Receivable collections if necessary.

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal staff.

  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.

  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales

  • Track record of over-achieving quotas

  • Strong phone presence and experience of multiple calls and meetings per day

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Psychology would be considered an asset, but not required

  • HR tech

  • Experience working with Salesforce
