Summary

Acelero seeks a visionary Director, Birth to Three Learning to design and implement high-quality, evidence-based early learning curricula for children from birth to age three. This role drives curriculum innovation and measurable improvements in child outcomes through research, development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Design and refine comprehensive curriculum prototypes across learning domains, develop training materials and provide coaching to teachers, and lead curriculum writers and team members. Collect implementation data, support field testing, and leverage technology including AI to scale curriculum and professional learning.

Skills & Tools: Strong curriculum development expertise, team collaboration and leadership abilities, and proficiency in leveraging technology and data analysis for educational purposes. Excellent communication, project management, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while adapting quickly to change.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, with demonstrated experience in early childhood curriculum development or program development. Expertise in evidence-based practices and familiarity with birth-to-three developmental frameworks required.

Location: Remote from United States of America with up to 30% travel required throughout the United States

Compensation: $113,000/year
