Key Responsibilities: Deliver teletherapy services to students, build trusted relationships with students and families, collaborate with school counselors and community partners, provide psychoeducation to caregivers, and participate in case consultations and clinical program development.
Skills & Tools: Evidence-based therapeutic practice, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trusted relationships, collaboration and teamwork, and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid license as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state. Associate-level or higher clinical experience preferred.
Location: Fully remote, Washington
Compensation: $75 – $115/hour USD with guaranteed compensation for cancellations and no-shows

About the Role: Remote Mental Health Therapist (Washington)

We are looking for associate mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students across Washington. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
  • Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.
  • Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
