Summary

Lead the development and delivery of media analytics solutions for Strategic Education's Digital Analytics team, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance optimization. Mentor junior analysts while promoting data literacy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and communicate media analytics solutions including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis to support strategic marketing decisions. Translate complex media data into clear insights, act as a strategic partner to media and marketing teams, and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in analytical tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI, strong communication and storytelling abilities for presenting findings to diverse audiences, and hands-on expertise with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and DV360. Demonstrated understanding of statistical modeling techniques, media mix modeling, and regression analysis.
Qualifications: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics or media measurement with proven ability to analyze media performance data and influence marketing strategy. Demonstrated initiative, ownership, results-oriented mindset, and experience working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Location: Remote from United States of America, West Coast-based with flexible schedule (typically Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT); up to 10% travel required.

The Senior Media Analytics Consultant is a key member of SEI’s Digital Analytics team, responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness. This role will lead the design, development, and communication of media analytics solutions that evaluate and optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, a deep understanding of media data, and a passion for translating complex information into clear, strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate closely with the Media Team and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end marketing analytics, including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis, while promoting self-service capabilities and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Collaboration with our partners in Australia and New Zealand is a key aspect of this role. To support Pacific Time Zone coverage, we are seeking a candidate available to work a flexible schedule—typically Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT (four 10-hour days).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of media analytics to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Translate complex media and marketing data into clear, impactful insights and visualizations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to media and marketing teams, helping to shape campaigns with data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytic best practices and workload prioritization.
  • Promote data literacy and support self-service analytics adoption across business teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics or media measurement.
  • Proven ability to analyze media performance data to inform and influence marketing strategy.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—capable of presenting complex findings in a clear, persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick (DV360), and Kenshoo.
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar data visualization platforms).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, particularly media mix modeling and regression analysis.
