Summary
Lead a team of technical product managers at Western Governors University responsible for executing the Core Services Portfolio vision and delivering business value through product roadmap execution. This strategic leadership role requires both technical depth and product management expertise to drive portfolio outcomes and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of technical product managers to execute portfolio vision and roadmaps while collaborating with senior leaders on product strategy and long-term platform direction. Balance stakeholder priorities, manage portfolio planning, develop team members, and lead portfolio steering committees to maximize value and minimize risk.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in strategic technical product management, Agile Scrum framework familiarity, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in strategic technical product management required; Master's degree and experience in education technology preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $148,100 – $244,400/year
