Summary
Lead Academic Program Manager for WGU's Software Engineering program, responsible for end-to-end program lifecycle management from market research and curriculum development through launch and post-launch optimization to drive student success and program profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Own the complete program lifecycle including pre-launch market research, competitive analysis, and P&L planning; collaborate with academic directors and subject matter experts to develop curriculum; and drive post-launch adoption through marketing partnerships while monitoring student success metrics and making continuous program improvements.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making abilities; effective cross-functional collaboration and communication; expertise in higher education program management; and deep understanding of student learning processes and market dynamics.
Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related higher education and program management experience; demonstrated P&L ownership managing $25MM+ budgets.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $119,400 – $185,100/year
