Summary

Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sophia leading university partnership development to drive revenue growth and redefine how educational institutions serve students through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Sign higher education articulation agreements, develop and implement partnership strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage university leadership relationships, and oversee cross-functional collaboration for partner onboarding and success.
Skills & Tools: Goal-oriented, highly organized communicator with proven ability to analyze data, multi-task effectively, and solve problems creatively. Must demonstrate thought leadership in education landscape with strong interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in higher education sector and/or sales with institutional agreement signing experience. Master's degree or MBA highly preferred.
Location: Remote within United States of America with occasional travel required for business needs.
Compensation: $116,300 – $174,500/year
